Everything you need to know about Packr — how the vault works, what fees you pay, when it rebalances, and every contract that touches your money. No black box.

01 · Quick Start

60 seconds to a bag.

If you can swap on Uniswap, you can buy $BAG.

01
Connect wallet

MetaMask, Rabby, or any EVM wallet on Robinhood Chain (id 4663).

02
Bring ETH or USDG

Bridge from mainnet, or grab some on Robinhood Chain natively.

03
One-click buy

Enter amount → tap Buy $BAG. One tx splits into 10 memes.

04
Hold or sell

Watch $BAG track the basket. Redeem back to USDG anytime.

02 · What is $BAG

One token. Ten memes.

$BAG is an onchain index — hold one token, get exposure to the top 10 memecoins on Robinhood Chain, weighted by market cap and volume.

Basket, not a bet

Instead of picking one memecoin and praying, $BAG holds a rebalanced basket of 10.

Onchain vault

Assets live in a smart contract on Robinhood Chain. No custodian. No off-ramp risk.

Auto-rebalanced

Every 14 days our AI publishes new target weights and the vault swaps to match.

03 · How it works

Under the hood.

A minimalist breakdown of the flow, contract-by-contract.

You

Send ETH or USDG to BagZap.

BagZap

Splits your deposit into 10 swap orders via SwapRouter.

BAG10 Vault

Receives the tokens, mints $BAG to your wallet.

Selling reverses the flow: burn $BAG → vault swaps back to USDG → sends to you.

04 · Buying $BAG

Buy with ETH or USDG.

Two paths in, both land you the same $BAG token in your wallet.

Path A
Buy with ETH
  1. Enter ETH amount
  2. BagZap wraps ETH → WETH
  3. Swaps proportionally into 10 memes
  4. Vault mints $BAG to you
Path B
Buy with USDG
  1. Approve USDG spend
  2. Enter USDG amount
  3. Vault splits into 10 swaps
  4. $BAG minted 1:1 to your share of the vault
05 · Selling $BAG

Redeem back to USDG.

No lockups. No cooldowns. Burn $BAG → get your slice of the vault back.

  1. Step 01
    Approve $BAG
  2. Step 02
    Call redeem(amount)
  3. Step 03
Vault swaps proportional slice → USDG
  4. Step 04
    USDG lands in your wallet
06 · Rebalancing

Every 14 days. Fully onchain.

Our AI gathers coin data daily. Every 14 days it publishes the new target weights and the vault swaps to match — no keeper discretion, no timing games.

01 / Signal

Our AI snapshots market cap, 24h volume and holders across the shortlist every day and stores it onchain-ready.

02 / Compute

At cycle end the score is a weighted blend: 50% market cap, 30% volume, 20% holders. Ranks feed a decay curve, capped so no meme dominates.

03 / Execute

The AI keeper calls rebalance() — the vault swaps overweight → underweight via SwapRouter02. All logs land in /ai.

07 · Governance

Holders steer the basket.

Cycles are 14 days. Ten days to propose, four days to vote, then anyone can finalize. Fully onchain — no multisig, no team override.

Weight formula
score = 0.5·mcap + 0.3·vol + 0.2·holders

Each input is min-max normalized across the shortlist, then blended. Ranked coins get a decay curve wᵢ = decay^i, normalized to sum to 1 and capped so no coin dominates.

BAG10 fixed table (20/15/13/11/9/8/7/6/6/5)
BAG25 decay 0.930 · cap 12%
BAG50 decay 0.965 · cap 7%
BAG100 decay 0.982 · cap 4%
Voting power
1 locked BAG = 1 vote

Lock your BAG shares with lockAndVote() to split weight across any number of candidates. Locks stay until you call withdraw() after finalize — your BAG never leaves your control.

  • Propose threshold: 0.1% of BAG supply
  • Per-wallet cap: 4% of total supply
  • Any address can call finalize()
  • All 4 sizes (10/25/50/100) run independent cycles
Day 0 – 10
Propose

Anyone holding ≥0.1% of the bag supply can propose a coin address. The AI-generated shortlist auto-seeds the ballot on day 0.

Day 10 – 14
Vote

Holders lock BAG shares as vote weight. Per-wallet cap: 4% of total supply. You can revote until the phase ends.

Day 14
Finalize

Any address can call finalize(). Winners = the top-N candidates by weight (10 / 25 / 50 / 100).

Day 14+
Rebalance

The AI keeper executes rebalance() using the new set. Voters withdraw their locked BAG in one click.

08 · Fees

Cheap by design.

All fees route to the treasury that maintains the protocol.

Entry fee

Taken when you buy $BAG.

0.3%
Exit fee

Taken when you redeem back to USDG.

0.3%
Streaming fee

Accrued continuously, paid from vault assets.

1% / year
Rebalance

You don't pay for the weekly rebalance. Only DEX swap fees apply, paid by the vault.

11 · Risks

Read this part twice.

Do your own research
  • Memecoins are volatile. -50% days happen. Never bag more than you can lose.
  • Smart contract risk. Contracts are audited internally but not by a third party (yet).
  • Liquidity risk. If underlying DEX pools thin out, redemptions can slip.
  • Rebalancing risk. Weekly swaps mean tax events in many jurisdictions.
  • Not financial advice. This is a tool. You are responsible for your decisions.
12 · FAQ

Loose ends.

Is my $BAG safe if the website goes down?+

Yes. The vault is a smart contract on Robinhood Chain. You can call redeem() directly from Blockscout with any wallet.

Can the team steal the funds?+

No. The vault holds tokens; only $BAG holders can withdraw their proportional slice. The keeper can only trigger rebalance() within preset weight bounds.

What if one meme goes to zero?+

Its weight in the basket goes to zero at the next rebalance. The other 9 keep working. That's the whole point of an index.

Can I add more memes?+

The current bag is BAG10 — top 10 by mcap+volume. BAG25 / BAG50 / BAG100 are on the roadmap.

Where do fees go?+

Fees flow to the treasury which funds protocol maintenance, the keeper bot, and future audits.
